Chess set in silver and copper castings of adult wisdom teeth for kings and queens .

Shelley Thomas works with metal, designing and making furniture, mirrors, curtain poles and other objects. She also produces architectural work for private individuals and businesses and has been involved in local community projects creating unique public art.

Shelley works with her assistant, John Loadman.

Her public art includes the Watermans Park Archway (for the London Borough of Hounslow), playground creatures for Orleans Infants School, Twickenham, creatures for the Millennium Garden of the St John the Baptist church, Hampton Wick and the Feltham Green Angel (for the London Borough of Hounslow), a collaboration with Richard Albanese (structure) and Maire Gartland (stained glass).

Lisa Nigro - Created a huge fire breathing dragon for the Burning Man Festival. She's one hardcore female if we've ever seen one. WEBSITE EMAIL

Spider - Works with small hoops to build beautiful and original chain mail creations with a variety of metals. From candleholders to chokers and gloves, she's got a huge selection in her online store. WEBSITE  EMAIL

Ratka - One of the original founders of The Crucible, a sculpture school in Berkeley, California. Her specialties include welded, torch cut, assemblage of found metals, painted, and life inspired metal sculptures predominantly designed for gardens. She enjoys the juxtaposition of nature and sculpture. WEBSITE  EMAIL

Carolyn Wirth - Has been a sculptor for 20 years, working in metals, cloth, ceramic, and mixed media. She studied at Smith College and at NYU, where she received a masters in sculpture, studying with Jack Risley, Beverly Semmes, and Cody Choi. WEBSITE  EMAIL

Vain Jayne - A different kind of artist, Jayne is a professional body piercer. She's also our first rock star Steel Girl. She does vocals and lead guitar for a hardcore punk rock band as well. WEBSITE EMAIL

Leanashe - Designs unique jewelry and fashion creations using stainless steel jump rings, some as small as only 3mm in diameter. WEBSITE  EMAIL

Janet Goldner - Uses a welding torch as a drawing instrument to create elegant and powerful works of art. WEBSITE  EMAIL
